Latest Projects

Nimbus Motorsport

Industry: Automotive / Motorsport

The Challenge
Nimbus Motorsport were operating on an ageing setup that had grown complicated over time. Their email, data, licences and day-to-day systems were split across old accounts and an outdated tenant, making everything harder to manage and less secure than it should be. They needed to move to a clean Microsoft 365 environment that would support the business long-term, without causing downtime or disruption.

What We Did:
We created a brand-new Microsoft 365 tenant that would become home for the entire motorsport side of the company. New user accounts were built from scratch, and all mailboxes were carefully transferred using CodeTwo to ensure nothing was lost and everyone could keep working normally.
Their shared data was moved into a fresh SharePoint structure so the team could collaborate properly and access files securely whether in the office, in the workshop or on the road.

We also connected all devices to Microsoft Entra for stronger security and easier management going forward. All networking equipment, including the Wi-Fi, switches and firewall, was brought fully under System Plus management so everything could be monitored, patched and supported from one place.

Outcome
Nimbus Motorsport now have a clean, modern and fully secure Microsoft 365 environment with simple login, reliable email, and structured access to the files they use daily. Their systems are easier to support, future-proofed, and ready for the business to grow without running into the same issues again.

Peter Winn Tyres

Industry: Automotive / Tyre Services

What We Did:
Peter Winn Tyres needed a modern, secure, and flexible IT setup to support their growing operational needs, both in-office and remotely. We migrated their existing data to the cloud using Microsoft SharePoint, allowing for smoother document access and collaboration across the business.

To support remote working, we implemented Remote Desktop Services via Windows Server 2022, giving the accounts team and directors secure, always-on access to company systems. As part of the transition, we deployed the latest version of Sage v31 and ensured all legacy data remained intact and accessible.

To connect remote users securely, Hyper-V was used to manage VPN access, alongside a Draytek Smart VPN router which streamlined internet performance and supported their new clocking system and facial recognition software used by staff on-site.

GT Graphics

Industry: Graphic Design & Creative Services

What We Did:
After bringing GT Graphics on board, we carried out a full assessment of their systems and implemented a complete overhaul of their security, network infrastructure, and hardware. The goal was to ensure every workstation was fully optimised for running the latest suite of Adobe Creative Cloud software, without slowdown or compatibility issues.

A modern cloud-synced backup solution was put in place to keep project files secure and accessible, alongside a remote monitoring system that enables seamless patch management and proactive maintenance, giving peace of mind without interrupting creative workflows.

The Urban Group

Industry: Property Development & Management

What We Did:
The Urban Group approached us to help modernise their internal systems and improve collaboration across their teams. We carried out a full Microsoft 365 migration, transitioning their local file storage over to SharePoint for secure, cloud-based access across devices and locations.

We also migrated their email services from an in-house setup to Exchange Online, ensuring reliability, security, and easier day-to-day management. The project was handled with minimal disruption, preserving all existing data and settings while providing staff with the tools they need to work efficiently both in the office and remotely.

The Angel at Topcliffe

Industry: Hospitality / Restaurant & Events

What We Did:
The team at The Angel asked us to resolve ongoing issues with their Wi-Fi, both inside the building and across their extensive outdoor seating areas. After conducting a full wireless heat map survey, we designed and installed a new Wi-Fi mesh network using Ubiquiti hardware, managed via a Cloud Key for real-time monitoring and remote adjustments.

This setup now delivers consistent, high-speed wireless coverage across the entire site, including previously patchy outdoor areas, ideal for guests, staff, and the venue’s growing tech needs.

Preston Barber LLC

Industry: Electrical Design & Engineering
Location: United Kingdom
Status: Current Project

What We’re Doing:
Preston Barber LLC is in the process of transitioning their infrastructure to a fully cloud-ready environment. As a design agency working with strict data retention requirements of up to 15 years, the project focuses on long-term compliance, reliability, and secure access.

We’re replacing their legacy in-house server with a new Windows Server 2025 installation, alongside a Synology NAS solution to provide local redundancy and seamless synchronisation with SharePoint. Their devices have already been upgraded to the latest version of Windows 11, and we’ve deployed endpoint security with remote monitoring and fix, providing real-time protection and simplified support going forward.
